The Call for research unpublished papers for the BRCDGV-2024 conference is NOW OPEN! The conference is scheduled to be held at Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune, India, in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland; University of Applied Sciences in Mittweida, Germany; and California State University, Bakersfield, USA.

The conference is also supported by Patna University, Patna, India; Bihar Institute of Public Administration & Rural Development (BIPARD), Gaya, Bihar, India; CNLU Patna, India; MIT World Peace University, Pune, India; Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune; TNTU Ternopil, Ukraine; and Dunarea de Jos University of Galati, Romania; TNTU Ternopil, Ukraine;

We encourage professors, researchers, HR professionals, representatives of companies, and Doctoral/master students to submit their work to one of the streams or the general conference stream before March 05, 2024.

BRCDGV Conference welcomes three forms of online submissions to regular streams:

  • Full papers: These are longer contributions of 8000 to 10000 words including references.
  • Developmental papers: These should be approximately 3000-5000 words, including references.
  • Case studies: These should be approximately 3000-5000 words, including references.

Submissions guidelines:

The papers should be formatted with 2.5cm margins, double line spacing, and Harvard referencing style (see below). You are strongly advised to proofread your paper for consistency, grammar, and spelling.


Developmental and full paper requirements:

    Authors must supply a structured abstract set out under 5 sub-headings as below:
  • Purpose
  • Design/methodology/approach
  • Findings if the paper is empirical
  • Research limitations/implications
  • Originality/value of the paper
    1. There should be an abstract of less than 350 words in total
    2. In addition, provide up to five keywords that encapsulate the principal topics of the paper and categorize your paper
    3. Notes, Footnotes, or Endnotes should be used only if necessary and must be identified in the text by consecutive numbers, enclosed in square brackets, and listed at the end of the article. Figures, tables, and charts should be supplied within the article itself. References to other publications must be in Harvard style and carefully checked for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

Conference Publication

All articles will be subject to a double-blind peer-review process. Refereed and accepted papers will be published in collective volumes by international publishers with separate ISBNs as well as ISSN online.

Distribution of Published Book

All published books/ conference proceedings will be available and distributed after 25th September 2024 in both forms – printed as well as online
